Now that you have your proxy up and running, the next thing to do is increase the SEO potential via having more backlinks. Backlinks are when other websites link to yours. The easiest way to is to browse forums with proxy owners and ask if they would like to exchange links. Do not take it personally if they reject your request because if their proxy has been up for a long time and has a lot of traffic, it would not benefit them in an Link Exchange so the best way to go about it is to find Link Exchanges with proxy sites that are relatively new--those are more likely to say yes. The more backlinks you have, the more traffic you are prone to, the more quick cash will flow into your money making hands. One forum I would definitely recommend every to check out is Digital Point (http://forums.digitalpoint.com).
Blogging and Blogs
Blogs have became a standard in sharing information because it can be viewed in many formats such as on web, RSS, Atom, etc. The best method to go about taking advantage of the technology of blogging to help you make cash fast is to go to relevant blogs or blogs that you like and comment. In the comments section, typically they ask for your website's URL. This is a great way to get exposure to your proxy via blogs. However, do not spam your blog because that will not get your proxy a good reputation in the long run. You cand relevant blogs at http://blogsearch.google.com.
Forums
The same idea with blogs also apply to forums. Place a link to your proxy in your signature of the forums and be an active member of those forums. The mistake that most people end up doing is spamming their proxy on a forum and then leaving. Do not do either one of these! Do not spam your proxy unless someone asks for your proxy explicitly and stay an active member and do a lot of posts. If people like what you have to say and like your ideas, they will be more prone to want to find out more about you and they can do so by visiting your signature's links.

3. Build Up Momentum
Initial Momentum...Digg & StumbleUpon
When I started my proxy websites--I first submitted it to Digg and I added it to Stumble Upon. These are great sources to gain initial traffic to help start making cash fast.
Digg (http://digg.com) is a website that users can post recent articles and recent websites that they find interesting or worth submitting. Then other users can "digg" it and the most diggs it has, the higher it will be ranked on the website. After you find your keywords, have those keywords go into the TITLE tags and create H1 tags and put your keywords in them. Typically .com and .net domains are $8.99 and .info domains are $2.99 so if you are trying it out, it is more cost-efficient to get a .info domain--however, domains with .com are easier to remember. Tip: Keep your domain concise and as short as possible if you want to make cash fast because the more concise and easier to memorize, the more likely your visitors would come back and the more cash will flow into your hands.

Most hosts will not allow you to host proxies!
